I wasn’t born this way.

In my early 30s/40s; living a not so healthy lifestyle; a few hospital stays for longer than I care to mention; health problems starting that are here to stay; a pregnancy later in life; & the loss of my Mother at a early age, lit a fire under my ass to do everything in my power to stay above the dirt. 

I’ve worked my ass off to get here. Not just physically. Mentally, everyday was a struggle. Choosing a healthier lifestyle so that I can be here for my children. I couldn’t run a block without needing a brown paper bag: out of breath, tired mentally and physically. But I started. I walked little bit each day, until I could run [a] block. Then gradually increased distance.

I’ve always worked multiple jobs, cuz life... So time was always a issue to squeeze a little exercise in. But I did it. 

This post is to tell you to GET UP and MOVE. Take it 1 day at a time. Be consistent. With whatever your exercise choice is

NO EXCUSES!!!!

You owe it to yourself to see what you are capable of...
